Social scheduler

Write it once.Post it everywhere.

Plan posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Google Business Profile from the same place you run your site. Every new blog post starts a social draft for you.

  1. 01

    Publish a blog post.

The first time a post goes live, a social draft is made with its title, summary, and link. Nothing is sent until you schedule it.

  2. 02

    Fit each network.

Give each account its own text, see a preview, and fix anything too long before it can go out.

  3. 03

    Schedule the week.

Posts wait in the queue and on the calendar, go out on time, and retry by themselves if a network hiccups.

By hand or by asking

Plan it yourself, or ask for the week.

Use the composer and calendar, or ask Lumi, Claude, or ChatGPT to draft and schedule posts for you.

Schedule a post

Write the post, pick the accounts, adjust the text for each one, and choose a time. It shows on the calendar right away.

Tell the agent what to post, where, and when. It drafts the post and schedules it.

Fix a post that failed

Failed posts retry on their own. If one still fails, fix the account and retry it from the queue.

Ask the agent to check the queue. It retries what failed and tells you what it couldn't fix.

Questions

About social.

Which networks can I post to?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Google Business Profile. You connect each account by signing in to it, then choose which pages or locations to use.

Are my blog posts shared automatically?

A draft is made the first time a blog post is published, with its title, summary, and link. Nothing is posted until you schedule it.

What happens if a post fails?

It retries on its own, waiting a little longer each time. A post is never sent twice: if BrightSite can't confirm it went out, it marks it for you to check instead of sending it again.

Can I see which posts bring visitors?

Links in your posts get UTM tags, so visits from each post show up in your BrightSite analytics by source and campaign.

Can an agent schedule posts for me?

Yes. Lumi, Claude, and ChatGPT can create, schedule, and retry posts on the accounts you've connected.
