Nothing is deleted. The extra keywords, questions, or campaigns stop running and are marked Over plan limit, and their history stays. Upgrade, add an add-on, or remove some to start them again.
Yes. Launch sends to 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month, Grow to 5,000 and 30,000, and Scale to 25,000 and 150,000. Emails on Launch carry a small Sent with BrightSite badge, which you can turn off on Grow and Scale.
Yes. Turn it on from Store in the app. BrightSite takes 1% of sales on Launch and nothing on Grow or Scale. Stripe's own processing fees are separate, and payments go to your own Stripe account. There are no product or order limits.
Yes, on every plan, and it isn't metered. Chat answers visitors from your own pages, posts, docs, and products, and can hand the conversation to someone on your team. The small BrightSite badge in the chat can be removed on Scale.
