A law firm website that books consultations
BrightSite is the modern website platform for law firms and solo attorneys. Practice area pages, attorney bios, case-result highlights, consultation request forms, and a blog for authority — fast, mobile-first, and built to rank. $39/mo, all-in.
What firm managers tell us
If any of these sound familiar, your website is the bottleneck.
Doesn't rank for practice areas
"Personal injury attorney in [city]" should bring you cases. Most firm sites bury practice areas in a generic services page that doesn't rank for the long-tail.
Slow and outdated
WordPress firm sites with bloated themes load in 4 seconds. Mobile users bounce before the hero image renders.
Consultation requests lost
Intake forms route to an inbox the partners don't check. Prospects who don't get a callback in 24 hours retain the other firm.
Hard to update
New attorney joins? Practice area expands? Every update means a developer ticket. So the site goes stale.
What's included for law firms
Authority, intake, and SEO — built into the platform, not bolted on.
Practice area pages
One page per practice area — personal injury, family law, criminal defense, estate planning. Each one ranks for its own long-tail keywords. Unlimited pages on every plan.
Attorney bio pages
Photo, credentials, bar admissions, practice focus, education. Click-to-edit on the live page. New associate? Add them in 5 minutes.
Case results highlights
Showcase representative outcomes with the appropriate disclaimers built in. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes — that line ships in the template by default.
Consultation request forms
Native forms for "request a free consultation" — name, contact, brief matter description. Route to email, Slack, and your CRM via webhook. Fast follow-up is the biggest predictor of retention.
Blog for E-E-A-T
Built-in blog with structured data, RSS, sitemap, and categories. Publish "What to do if..." and "How [state] law treats..." posts to build authority and rank for high-intent long-tails.
Mobile-first speed
30-80ms page render. Roughly 10x faster than a typical WordPress firm site. Mobile prospects actually reach your intake form.
An example, just to make it concrete
Imagine a 4-attorney general practice firm. Each practice area — personal injury, family law, estate planning, business law — has its own dedicated page that ranks for "[practice area] attorney [city]" searches. Each attorney has a bio page that ranks for their name plus "attorney."
The firm publishes one short blog post per week — "What to do after a car accident in [state]," "How probate works in [state]" — and after six months, those posts collectively drive more new-matter intake than any paid channel. Consultation requests hit the managing partner's Slack and the front office's inbox simultaneously, so prospects get a callback within an hour.
Illustrative scenario. Not a real customer.

Law firm website FAQs
How secure are the intake forms?
Forms are served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) and submissions are stored encrypted at rest in BrightSite's database. We are not certified as HIPAA-compliant or PCI-compliant, and BrightSite isn't designed to handle ePHI or full PII intake. Use the intake form for contact info and a brief matter description; do detailed intake in your CRM or case management system (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther).
Can I display past case results?
Yes — and templates include the standard "past results do not guarantee future outcomes" disclaimer by default. Many state bars require this disclaimer; check your state's rules and adjust language as needed. We don't provide legal advice on advertising compliance — that's a conversation with your firm's ethics counsel.
Will my site work on mobile?
Mobile-first by default. 30 to 80 millisecond server-side render. Real-world mobile load times sit under 1 second on most pages. Every page is responsive, the intake form is mobile-friendly, and tap targets meet accessibility minimums.
Can multiple attorneys edit the site?
Yes — unlimited team members on every plan, with role-based access. Each attorney can edit their own bio. Office managers can manage practice area pages and the blog.
Can you handle conflict checking on intake?
No — that's case management territory. The BrightSite intake form captures the inquiry; your case management system (Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) handles conflict checking. Connect them via webhook so intake submissions flow into your CRM automatically.
