For Salons & Spas

A salon website that fills your books

BrightSite is the modern website platform for salons and spas. Service menus, stylist bios, photo galleries, and lead-capture forms — all mobile-first and lightning fast. $39/mo, all-in. No plugins, no maintenance.

What salon owners keep telling us

If any of these sound familiar, your website is costing you new clients.

Service menu is outdated

Prices change, new services launch, packages roll out — but updating the site means calling a developer.

Stylist team pages are stale

New hires don't get added. People who left are still listed. Hard to update so it just doesn't happen.

Before/after photos lost

Your best work lives on Instagram, not your site. Prospects who actually look at the website don't see what you can do.

"New client" inquiries vanish

The contact form on your site routes to a Gmail no one checks. Leads bounce when they don't get a callback.

What's included for salons

Built so a busy salon owner can actually maintain it.

Service menus you can edit yourself

Click any price, service name, or duration and update it on the live page. New service? Add a row. Done in 30 seconds.

Stylist team pages

Photo, bio, services, specialties for each team member. Easy to add new stylists and retire ones who left.

Before/after photo galleries

Fast image pipeline. Upload the photos, BrightSite resizes for every device. Show the work prospects actually want to see.

New-client lead forms

Native forms with email + Slack routing and a submission archive. Forward leads to your booking system or CRM via webhook.

Local SEO + Google Business Profile

LocalBusiness schema, opening hours, address, and review structured data baked in. Your GBP and website finally reinforce each other.

Mobile-first speed

30-80ms page render. Pages feel instant even with photo-heavy service pages. Roughly 10x faster than WordPress or Wix.

An example, just to make it concrete

Imagine a 6-chair salon in a small downtown. The owner runs the website on BrightSite. When the colorist masters a new balayage technique, the owner posts before/afters to the gallery and updates the colorist's bio with the new specialty — all from her phone, between clients.

New-client inquiries from the "Book a Consultation" form route to her Slack so the front-desk team responds in minutes. Bookings happen in Square Appointments — the BrightSite page links to it. The site outranks the chains nearby for "balayage in [city]" partly because the page is actually fast and the LocalBusiness schema is correct.

Illustrative scenario. Not a real customer.

Salon website FAQs

Can clients book appointments on my BrightSite site?

Honest answer: not natively. BrightSite doesn't have a built-in booking system today. For real booking with calendar sync, stylist assignment, and reminders, pair with Square Appointments, Booksy, GlossGenius, Vagaro, or MindBody — and use BrightSite to drive traffic to your booking flow. You can embed their booking widget on a page or link out.

How do I update my service menu and prices?

Click any service or price on the live page, edit it, hit save. Updates are live in seconds. No CMS dashboard to learn.

Can I sell gift cards through my site?

Not natively — BrightSite doesn't handle payments. Pair with Square, Stripe Payment Links, or your booking system's gift card feature and link/embed from BrightSite. Most salons handle gift cards through their POS or booking system anyway.

Will my site load fast on mobile?

Yes. 30 to 80 millisecond server-side render plus a responsive image pipeline. Real-world mobile load times sit under 1 second on most service pages.

Can I show Google reviews on my site?

Yes — either through a curated testimonials section you manage yourself (recommended for control) or by embedding a Google Reviews widget. Review schema is supported so star ratings can appear in search results.

BrightSite isn't right for salons that need: built-in booking with stylist calendars, POS, gift card sales, or membership/package billing. Pair with Booksy, Square, GlossGenius, Vagaro, or MindBody for those.
