For Real Estate

A real estate website that earns the call

BrightSite is the modern website platform for agents, teams, and brokerages. Neighborhood guides, listing showcases, and lead-capture forms on a site that loads instantly and that you can edit between showings. $39/mo, all-in.

What agents keep telling us

Your brokerage site looks like everyone else's. That is the problem.

Your site looks like every other agent's

The brokerage template gives you the same page as the 400 other agents in your market, with your headshot swapped in. Nothing to choose between you.

You do not own your web presence

Change brokerages and the site disappears, taking your content, your rankings, and your lead history with it.

Neighborhood pages do not exist

Buyers search for areas, not agents. Without real content about the neighborhoods you work, you never enter the conversation.

Leads go to the brokerage, not you

Portal and brokerage forms route leads into a pool. You paid for the traffic with your own marketing and someone else answers the call.

What's included for real estate

A site that is yours, that ranks for where you actually sell.

Neighborhood and area guides

The content buyers actually search for. Write a real guide to each area you work, with correct local schema, and own that search result instead of renting it.

Listing showcases

Present current and sold listings with fast galleries, floor plans, and video embeds. Update from your phone between showings.

Lead-capture forms that route to you

Home valuation requests, showing requests, and buyer questionnaires land in your inbox and your CRM. Not a brokerage pool.

A site you keep

Your domain, your content, your rankings. Switch brokerages without starting over.

Testimonials and sold history

Structured space for client reviews and closed-transaction proof, the two things sellers weigh most when choosing between agents.

Speed that holds attention

30-80ms render. Buyers browsing listings on mobile do not wait for a slow gallery to load.

An example, just to make it concrete

Imagine an agent who works four neighborhoods in one metro. Instead of one generic "about me" page, the site has a real guide to each area: schools, commute times, price trends, and what the housing stock is actually like.

Those guides bring in buyers searching the area by name, months before they are ready to transact. A home-valuation form on each guide converts sellers. Everything routes to the agent's own CRM, and when she changes brokerages the following year, the entire site and its rankings come with her.

Illustrative scenario. Not a real customer.

Real estate website FAQs

Does BrightSite have an IDX or MLS feed?

Not natively. BrightSite does not ingest IDX today. Most agents embed an IDX widget from their provider on a BrightSite page, or link to their brokerage's search, and use BrightSite for the neighborhood content, listing showcases, and lead capture that actually differentiate them. If a full IDX search experience is your main requirement, pair accordingly.

Can I show my current listings?

Yes, as showcases you control, with fast photo galleries, floor plans, and video. For a live MLS-synced search, use an embedded IDX widget alongside these pages.

What happens if I change brokerages?

Nothing happens to your site. The domain, content, rankings, and lead history are yours. That is a large part of why agents move off brokerage-provided sites.

Can I capture home valuation leads?

Yes. Build a valuation request form with whatever fields you want, address, timeline, condition, and route submissions to your email, Slack, or CRM by webhook.

Will neighborhood pages actually rank?

They are your best chance. Area searches are less contested than "realtor near me" and buyers use them earlier in the process. Good content plus correct schema plus a fast page is the right setup, though results still depend on your market's competitiveness.

BrightSite isn't right for agents that need: native IDX/MLS search ingestion, transaction management, or e-signature. Pair with your IDX provider, Dotloop, SkySlope, or your brokerage's systems for those.
