Which AI assistants does it check?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. You can turn Claude off for a campaign.

How often are the questions asked?

Weekly, every other week, or monthly, on the day and time you choose. The first check runs right after setup, and Run now works up to three times a day.

Why does ChatGPT skip some questions?

ChatGPT can only be pointed at a country, not a city. So it's asked only the questions that name your city or state, and setup marks the ones it will skip.

What counts as a mention?

An answer that names your business or one of the other names you add. Your name is highlighted in the full answer text, so you can read exactly what was said.

How do I get mentioned more often?

Start with Improve. It shows the questions where others were named instead of you, the sites cited in those answers, and checks on your own site, like whether AI crawlers can read it.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Questions or campaigns over the new limit are marked Over plan limit and stop being asked, and past answers stay.
