The store's Home page
Home in the store menu shows net sales for the last 30 days, today, and the last 7 days, open carts, products live, your latest orders, and best sellers.
It also lists what needs doing: Orders to ship, Payments need attention, Reviews to approve, and Variants low on stock.
Reports
Reports shows your sales for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. The default is 30 days.
- Net revenue, Orders, Average order, and Refunded.
- Platform fees: the BrightSite fee Stripe deducted before payout, if your plan has one.
- A Revenue chart over time.
- Best sellers.
- Orders by status.
Test orders aren't counted.
Using an agent
Lumi, Claude, and ChatGPT can read the same numbers as the Reports page, including best sellers, orders to ship, payment problems, and low stock. Claude and ChatGPT can report on any period up to a year, compared with the period before.
How did sales this month compare to last month, and what's low on stock?
